Here is one of the best Korean-style Chinese restaurant. I had Chambong. And, it was full of fresh vegies. I liked it.

The new place was great. Great service and environment. My sister and I had an appetizer and a meal each it was $26 total. Worth the price. The food was good. Loved the chow fun. Best taste I’ve had compared to all other restaurants.

Love the food here! The prices are good and the portions are large, plus you can try out a huge variety of food. There's a lot of places in town that do bibimbap, but Charlie Kang's has my favorite. It's usually not too hard to get a table at either, and they do parking validation if you park at one of the nearby lots.

Best Szechuan chicken I’ve had. Ordered it spicy and it’s perfect. Lots of umami and perfectly cooked vegetables!UPDATE: I had the Kung Pao chicken today and it is just as good or better than the Szechuan. Delicious!

Our waitress is so super nice and she is helpful with the different menu options a vegan can eat. I highly recommend this recommend.

We tried Korean cuisine for the 1st time and it was so good. This is the type of food you can eat and leave feeling like it nourishes your belly and soul. Prices are fair and the waitstaff is great.

I just ordered take out from here. I've never had their food and wasn't sure what to expect. I got the spring rolls and the veggie fried rice. They both are so delicious and taste really fresh. It's not your typical cheap Chinese cuisine.

Everything they do is delicious, noodles, stir fries and soups. I've tried like five different dishes and always leave happy. The staff is awesome.

This place is the best. I absolutely loved the food, the atmosphere, and wait staff. They are all so nice. The food... Oh man, SO GOOD! Generous portions for a lunch meal and at a great price. We will definitely be back!

Good Chinese cusine, tasty and inexpensive. Service was great. Dining area is not huge, but was reasonably busy. Definately worth a try. Cocktails are reasonably priced.

The food here is delicious and it came to the table fast. The service was fast too. I really enjoyed the food. I was skeptical of ordering spicy food but in the end I'm glad I ordered it. The best Mongolian chicken. The fresh spring rolls was something I've never had in my life. After eating those, I don't think I am going back to the fried spring rolls. Amazing dish.

As a Korean I have to say their Kim Chee is really good. Their lunch specials are cheap and great bang for the buck! The staff is super nice. Best Korean food I’ve had near MSU!

We ordered from the Korean Dishes section and it did not disappoint. This is definitely one of the better quality restaurants on campus. It is very flavorful and the prices are worth it. I would definitely come here. The ambiance is also flattering.

Always fresh and tasty. Tried the bulgogi for the fist time. It was delicious. Dumplings were awesome as well. My wife got the Kung Pao chicken which she enjoyed as well.

I love this place. The food is amazing. I used to go for lunch when I worked close and they always had my food in less than ten minutes.

Good service. Didn’t wait long and I like their prices and style of things. Those are the reasons I would give them any stars. The reason it isn’t 5 star is because the food was bad. The fried rice was dry and had a poor taste. And the General tso chicken was very soggy and had lack of flavor. Didn’t even finish the whole meal.

Charlie Kang's is one of the most affordable Chinese restaurants I've been to and has great food to boot. There lunch combination are the perfect portion of food and are so cheap! And the Korean menu is a really cool addition to make it more stand out. The remodel also looks great and makes it way more pleasant to be in. The meat doesn't always seem like the highest quality but at those prices I have no complaints!

Food was delicious. Service was fast. Nice place for a group lunch..lot of varieties and everything was tasty.

Absolutely solidly executed chinese and Korean cuisine. Great service and great little touches. My white rice came in a little hot metal dish to keep it warm until I was ready to eat it, and the chop sticks are fine metal ones, not cheap disposable ones.

The food was really good, I ordered Tteopokki with ramen, it was really delicious and the rice cakes were amazing. The service was really good and the waitress was really nice and friendly. the place was really warm and cozy and I had a great time. Good place to try some korean food with friends.

I went here craving some good food and went away very happy with both the flavors and experience. The restaurant is comfortable, especially the chairs. I liked the decor and clean feeling. The service was great for takeout, it took about 15 minutes for my food to be prepared, but it was hot and fresh. The Korean menu was intriguing, I got steak and onions with fried rice. The lunch was huge and included a Rangoon and egg drop soup. All of it was fabulous.

I've only eaten from their Korean menu, so I'll only comment on that in terms of food/quality. Overall, it's a pretty nice atmosphere and the food itself is very good. I wish there was more variety in the Korean dishes, and their bulgogi feels a tad "toned down" for the American pallet (less onions, more sugar than I feel it should have), but nothing here will disappoint. Portions are fine, quality is fine, price is just right. I really have no major complaints other than I'd like to see more authentic Korean dishes if it actually is a Korean restaurant, maybe scale down the Chinese side of the menu, as we have plenty of great authentic Chinese restaurants in Lansing, but Korean is sorely lacking. I will absolutely be returning.

Excellent food and staff. My only complaint was the seating (not a problem but I could see it being one). There is an entrance in the front and back and its seat yourself. I could see a problem arising when someone disagrees who has been waiting longer at the different entrances. Will definitely be back to try new items. My wife, two young kids ( 10 and 11), and myself enjoyed everything we ordered. Wife liked the margarita flavor although she said it was chunky. Will be coming back again.
